Sephora sale

Today I’m bringing you a post that includes some of my favorite makeup staples from Sephora that are on sale during the Spring Savings Event. All the products I’m sharing today have been part of my routine for many months. I haven’t been wearing makeup very frequently throughout this quarantine period but a few times a week I’ll doll myself up or do a quick 5 minute routine and it always makes me feel more productive & confident. As I type this I’m in sweats, natural curls, & no makeup so it’s really a day by day thing! I also feel compelled to share that you don’t need any of these things, if you’ve been feeling anxious about finances since we are in the midst of a global pandemic you’re not alone. I’m simply sharing because this is a great sale and doing something creative like writing blog posts makes me feel good.

This mascara is one of my long time favorites and I have repurchased it countless times! The Better Than Sex Mascara gives you really full & voluminous lashes. I have also recently tried this Lancome Hypnose Doll Lashes Mascara and I like it, this one is more of a lengthening formula.

This Aether Beauty Rose Quartz Eyeshadow Palette is hands down my all time favorite eyeshadow palettes, I get so many compliments when I wear it. I’ve hit pan on many of the colors and I’ve been meaning to reorder. These colors are divinely iridescent. I also love that this brand is a female owned small business & made with zero-waste packaging.

Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer is a southern girls best friend in the intense humidity of summers in the south, I get so shiny in the summer and my makeup practically melts off but not with this stuff. I use the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Instant Retouch Primer on clients all the time, I love the smell and the soft matte formula. It works wonderful for brides or anyone desiring a long wear look!

I’m in love with all the It Cosmetics foundations and CC Creams. They are incredibly high quality and feel amazing on the skin. I use a damp Beauty Blender to apply. This one is my current favorite but no matter what your skin type I’m sure you will find a formula to suite you. This translucent setting powder is great to set your makeup and give a flawless finish. I only use a setting spray for events or photos but when I do I love this one All Nighter Setting Spray by Urban Decay.

This Natural Face Palette by Too Faced is currently one of my favorites! The colors in this palette are very pigmented and offer a beautiful glow. I use it for contour, blush, & highlight of course but, I love using it as my eyeshadow too for a quick easy look. Let’s be honest wearing a full face of makeup is rare in these days of social distancing so I’m all about a multi-purpose product.

I’ve been using this Charlotte Tilbury Concealer for awhile now, I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks. I like this concealer but I wouldn’t say I love it, to be honest.
