About Me…

Great design marries beauty and function. I love playing with color and adding a touch of whimsy to a space. A great design should evoke emotion and serve a purpose. A space should reflect the client and include things that bring them joy. When designing for a client it is important to tell their story using heirlooms or antique pieces in a meaningful way.

As a self proclaimed creative I find design inspiration in many facets of my life. Nature offers a sense of season and refers to the cyclical nature of life and thus design. I love to travel and I find being in new places invigorating. I am drawn to southern cities like Charleston & Savannah as well as coastal environments. I am especially inspired by all things French and consider myself a Francophile.

When I am not working you can find me in the garden, or on the tennis court with my husband. I was born in the heartland of Kansas, as a child my family moved to the foothills of Colorado where I spent my childhood through early adulthood. After our wedding in June of 2016 my husband and I moved to the beautiful state of North Carolina where we have built a home and life together with our 2 cats Blaze & Blair. I am a recent graduate of the Interior Design Institute and I hope to create beautiful spaces to live in, play in, and enjoy!
